We only ship to the following countries and regions:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Portugal

If you are outside our shipping zone our service and products are unavailable for you.

 

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping prices may vary depending on the country and region you order our products to.
We do not offer free shipping. 

We reserve the right to change our shipping prices at any give time.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

As all our products are produced on demand, meaning only after you have placed an order with us, our shipping time depends on the time you place your order. 

Our service operates in intervals we call “collective orders”. Collective orders usually last for 3 to 4 weeks. All orders placed within that time frame are collectively placed with the manufacturer at the end of the collective order period. 

The production of products approximately lasts another 3 to 4 weeks. Your estimated delivery time can be calculated as follows: Days left in the collective order period + up to 4 weeks of production and shipping.

The time left in the current collective order can be seen at all times on our website and all product pages.

 

FULFILLMENT PROVIDER

Our products are shipped with CTT Express and TNT.
As soon as we have shipped your products you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.



RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must cover any costs for sending your product back to us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as our underwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@uptous.co and send your item to: Rua de São Bernardo, 60A, Lisbon, 11, 1200-826, Portugal.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order anytime before the shipping of your products takes place, free of charge.
